In this page you can see an image of deodara cedar pollen, taken from a tree of 15-mt height. The image was obtained with a water vapour pressure of 4.2 Torr into the analysis chamber of the ESEM XL30 TMP Philips Electron Microscope. Pollen was not subjected to any prior treatment before the ESEM analysis. The small marker at the right bottom of the image represents a length of 100 µm (0.1 mm). To buy a 300 dpi image.
