In this page you can see an image of narcissus pollen. The image was obtained with a water vapour pressure of 3.3 Torr into the analysis chamber of the SEM. Pollen was not subjected to any prior treatment before the SEM analysis. The small marker at the right bottom of the image represents a length of 20 µm (0.02 mm).
